Wow. Once again a lot of time has passed since my last post. Almost 7 months to be precise. I have to admit I have no valid reason to have not updated the site in so long.
If you have been following my blog previously you’ll know from Trade 12 entry that I had managed to find a new job. Everything had been going great until recently when we had the bombshell dropped on us that the office is going to be moving premises from August 1st. Although the new office is situated only a mere 20miles further away than the current office this causes me serious issues. The reason being I rely on public transport to get into work and the new office isn’t easily served by it from where I live. It would take me 2 hours there and 2 hours back each and every day to make it into work. This is provided everything is on time and I don’t miss any of my connections. It means I have to look for another job if I don’t want a 4 hour roundtrip every day. No easy feat in the current economic client.
Anyway that’s enough of real life. You are probably wondering what Entropia holds for me at the moment and how my quest is going (at least I assume so if you’re taking the time to read this!). I’m sure you will have noticed that the in game economy is suffering the same difficulties of the real world economy right now. This has impacted upon the value of my current trade item. Which I find a little disappointing but not catastrophic as some people seem to think. I am as confident as ever that I can eventually make it to a hangar. However, I will need to become more active in promoting my quest. The only movement i’ve had in the past 2 months was trading the ultimate player killing package for a oa-102 blueprint then exchanging this for Boar thighs M and Boar harness M.
